How To Get V Back With Simple Back Muscle Exercises!
This video shows one of the many drills my brother and I use to condition outside. In this one we show how to easily get a v back / cobra back via pull ups. The pull up is a great bodyweight back muscle exercise that you can use to get that awesome V-back, Cobra back shape!
By performing a wide grip with your pull up workout, you will isolate the back muscles more and will develop that nice v shape cobra back like Bruce Lee!!
