The Secret To Learning Acro

Master Your Shapes - Mobility & Strength

Acro Body Test

Start by testing where you are at with your acro shapes. Do this each week.

Acro Body Session (24 mins)

You can perform this session 5 days a week. If you are already doing one of our other fitness programs and want to save time, you can perform this on your light days.

Acro Body Stretches

You can hit these stretches multiple times a day. Only hold each stretch 10-30 seconds each. We perform these inside the Acro Body session. However, if you are really pushed for time and can't do the full 24 minute session, makes sure to at least hit these stretches.

Pike with Shoulders

Front Split (both legs)

Back Bridge

Upper Body Twist

Mobility Squat
