5 Minute Flows
- Time Commitment: 30 minutes per week.
- Goals: Alleviate tight muscles & joints, improve mobility, boost energy, increase metabolism.
- Fitness Level: Beginner
- Who For: If you are just getting started, need low impact exercises, or want to add additional flexibility sessions on top of other workouts.
Rapid Primal Fitness
- Time Commitment: 90 minutes per week.
- Goals: Learn primal movement patterns, gain functional strength, burn fat, boost stamina, build lean muscle mass.
- Fitness Level: Intermediate
- Who For: If you have exercised in the past and can handle more intense bodyweight circuits and are looking for the most effective program to burn fat while building functional strength.
