  • Fitness Level: Beginner
  • Who For: If you are just getting started, need low impact exercises, or want to add additional flexibility sessions on top of other workouts.

  • Time Commitment: 90 minutes per week.
  • Goals: Learn primal movement patterns, gain functional strength, burn fat, boost stamina, build lean muscle mass.
  • Fitness Level: Intermediate
  • Who For: If you have exercised in the past and can handle more intense bodyweight circuits and are looking for the most effective program to burn fat while building functional strength.
