Introduction:

Welcome to Bodyweight Rejuvenation!

This follow along program is great for any fitness level.

If you are just getting started with fitness, we recommend you begin with this program and perform these sessions for 14 days before switching to your more advanced program.

Rejuvenation is also meant to be your fall back session for any of our programs or workouts and these sessions can be added on top of other workouts.

They are light, fun, & energizing.

These sessions are designed to...

  • Improve Stamina
  • Boost Energy
  • Increase Beginner Coordination
  • Maintain Muscular Strength
  • Enhance Mobility & Flexibility

For trained or experienced students, these sessions are fantastic for maintaining your gains while you are in off season, recovering from an injury, or going light.

We recommend you perform 2 of theses sessions a day, 6 days of the week.

Perform the Static Stretch session each training day & alternate the other sessions on top for your second session of that day.

However, if you want to do more, you can perform each these sessions multiple times a day. Think of these as movement medicine for your body.
