Start with your Primal Fitness Evaluation. After you complete the 3 physical assessments below, mark down your results in the form with any additional goals.

Repeat this evaluation at beginning of each month. Keep track of your results & progress.

Assessment #1: Strength

Assessment #2: Stamina

See how many reps of the exercise you can do for 2 minutes.

The goal is to go continuously for the full 2 minutes. Keep good form, if your form suffers, don't risk injury. Stop and resume when your able to perform good form.

Assessment #3: Mobility

To track gains, mark measurements on how far you can go into each move or take pictures.
