Thursday: Flexibility #1

Friday: Abs & Core

Saturday: REST

Sunday: REST

Repeat this weekly schedule for 30 days.

Once 1st 30 days is complete, you have finished level 1 of this program. Take the next week off to let your body recover.

Once the rest week is over you will begin Level 2 of the program. Level 2 will be more challenging and will last 60 days, twice as long as level 1 (30 days).

The Level 2 , 60 day schedule, will be added to this page on Feb 1st, 2017.
