BONUS - Avoid This Silent Flexibility Killer

**If you purchased a Rapid Primal Fitness program, you can add these stretch sessions into the program.

  • Simply perform the DYF stretch sessions and RPF workouts that are scheduled for that day. Perform your dynamic stretch session before your workout. This will serve as a great warm up before your RPF workout.
  • Perform your static stretch session after your workout. This will serve as a great cool down following your workout.
  • Perform the isometric session on Friday after your workout. This will allow you to hit this harder stretch day while your muscles are still warm and ready.
  • The Muscle Medicine Routine scheduled on Saturday in RPF can be used in place of your DYF dynamic and static stretching sessions for that day.
