KFC Schedule

This is a simple schedule that we personally recommend to get the most out of this course, performing the dragon sessions 3x per week.

However, utilize the workouts that best fit your schedule. We know some of us can manage only 10-20 minutes at a time.

Monday: Dragon Session

Tuesday: Rest or light stretching

Wednesday: Dragon Session

Thursday: Rest or light stretching

Friday: Dragon Session

Saturday: Rest or light stretching

Sunday: Rest
